Storm Warning (Mage Storms Trilogy)
Just as the final Winds book leaves you wondering what comes next, this book comes to fill the void. Follow Espeth and Darkwind into new areas and meet the Karsite priests who are now visiting Seleney. If you enjoyed the Winds series, you will love this trilogy. Even if you haven't read earlier Valdemar books, this one will lure you in. Great book, but not quite Lackey's greatest. I enjoyed reading this book, but I liked the Mage Winds trilogy far better. I was also kind of hoping to read more about Elspeth & Darkwind. Read it! (but only if you've read ones before this!) This is my favorite Lackey book ever! I picked it up in a bookstore because my bf was always talking about Mercedes Lackey books. When I started, I thought it was terrible! I mean, I had no IDEA who these people were! Then I read the arrows and the winds, came back to it, and found WOW! Now that I know what's going on, it's great! I loved Altra, he was always so unpredictable and funny! One of Merecedes Lackey's best series' ever! Siehe auch:
