Synopsis This volume provides an update of clinically relevant information for practicing clinical endocrinologists and endocrinology fellows in training utilizing a case-based approach. Experts in the various areas of endocrinology present a number of cases from their clinical experience and use these cases as the basis for evidenced-based discussions of new diagnostic techniques, the role of clinical judgment, and new therapeutic options. The reader is able to see how such experts approach common and less common problems in endocrinology.
