Das ist der Fragenteil zu meinem Englisch-Referat, und ich wollte fragen ob man die Fragen + passenden Antworten auch versteht, ohne das Referat gelesen/gehört zu haben:

Is everybody able to become President of the United States?
Which do you prefer, the two-party system or our election system?
Do you think everybody’s will is respected in an election system like America’s?

Theoretically everybody fulfilling the conditions given in the Constitution can become President of the USA. But today not only being aged 35 or older, being a natural-born citizen and having lived in the United States for 14 years or more makes you President, you also have to posses a vast amount of money.

I don’t think everybody’s will is respected - at least not totally. Some of the smaller parties’ proposals are respected but as they don’t have any chance to win a presidential election, they will never be able to change the political system entirely.

P.S.: Die zweite Frage habe ich unbeantwortet gelassen.
