Hello you all.
At the moment I'm working with one of Shakespeare's plays .. my teacher asked me to search out differences from Shakespeare's theatre the Globe theatre and the today's theatre .. can you help me?
I already found some aspects:
- no copy right , so alternative versions of plays were produced
- Alternative Shakespeare´s plays were called Quarto Texts.
- women were not allowed to play in theatres, so all roles were played by men
Do you know more? I'd be really glad if you were able to help me..

I'm not sure if I recall this correctly, but I think that Globe Theatre was owned by the writers or actors. You may want to look up the article in Wikipedia.
