HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management launches European Career Track

01.09.2010 - (idw) Handelshochschule Leipzig

French, German and Italian internships and career networks open up to MBA students HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management is introducing a European Career Track (ECT) for its full-time MBA program from September. The move means MBA students with sufficient language skills will be able to undertake internships in France, Germany or Italy as part of their course of studies, giving them a deeper insight into other European business locations.

The ECT is the result of cooperation within the framework of JOINUS, a pan-European network set up in early 2009 by HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (Germany), Audencia Nantes School of Management (France), and MIP Politecnico di Milano (Italy). One of the networks main goals is to see the business schools work jointly on career placement and recruitment to offer new MBA graduates even better job opportunities. The ECT is growth-oriented and the schools intend to expand the network by other partners over the next three years.

The MBA students on the ECT profit from access to the local career networks of the partner schools and from the support and involvement of other, local MBA students. HHLs goal is to improve further its graduates profile on the European job market while raising awareness of its brand among European businesses.
